I LOVED this book. I was not expecting to enjoy it as much as I did. I checked it out because it was available through the library and ended up falling in love with the characters and their stories. Elizabeth Acevedo's writing is so beautiful and the characters were so sweet and strong and wonderful. This was a really enjoyable read with good themes throughout. I seriously recommend checking it out.
