The Secret Book of Flora Lea by Patti Callahan Henry
4.0
I really did like this story. It felt like a story, in the truest sense, with lovely references to things I feel are important in life. Those who value Kate Morton stories will also value this one. I hate “beach reads” more than anything, so this is my version of a beach read, if you need a quick page turner, that you will easily get lost in. I read it in 3 sittings. Well worth the time. I loved the setting, the time period forward backward 20 years (again why I love Kate Morton.) Set in London, and else where in England, and referring those who value books, writing, and storytelling…
I do not feel this could be a disappointment to anyone-well done! I’m interested in checking out this authors others novels.
