I have never resonated with a romance book as much as I did when reading this. As a Nigerian woman myself, I felt so seen and understood. I didn't even realize how much I was missing before reading this book. My heart is so full. Marriage, love, childhood...everything hit home for me. Absolutely amazing to read something that really makes you feel *seen*. 

Things to be aware of: The pacing was a bit off, so if pacing is VERY important to you, just know that. Additionally, I'll say the relationship is so much about culture which i appreciated a lot.
