There are many issues facing AI. This book takes a business perspective and tries to answer many of these concerns. It takes a look at how changes might occur using AI and how that might disrupt a system. Small changes might be ineffective when they don’t follow with larger changes underneath. It talks about how AI may be adopted when it offers value over cheaper costs. It discuses how AI might be rejected if it alters decision making or power dynamics inside of businesses. Working altogether new goals in AI should be established, making AI more reliable, more transparent, and allowing it work alongside people while being wary of its possibly disruptive power.
