It took three trades, but I finally get it, I think. This is still a little too crude for my overall tastes, for sure, but this is the first collection that really seemed to go somewhere beyond shock value. I really enjoyed a lot of aspects of this, it's nice to get some time with the mythology of the universe, etc.

I'll be picking up book 4.
