yeah i thoroughly enjoyed this one, i am a massive tolkien fan so of course i went into this wary but Jordan like any writer clearly inspired by something they love has created a rich, detailed and fully immersive world that isn’t something to be shrugged off as a mere copy. Yes there are similarities, but there are a multitude of originalities that just gleam from each page, i can’t wait to get stuck into the next one
