An infuriating book at it's core, I couldn't help but be half enraged the entire time I listened to it. It does a fantastic job in outlining the ways eugenics and white supremacist rhetorics have shaped the cultural views of fatness in the US, UK, and France specifically. We have truly not changed as a species and men have always had far too much to say about women's bodies and their "role in furthering the XYZ race". Fantastic work with this book.
