Vampyre, Misery Lark agrees to marry werewolf leader Lowe Moreland to keep the peace between their kinds. She's got secrets, he's got trust issues, but as they spend time together, unexpected feelings grow. Cue supernatural sparks flying as these sworn enemies navigate a marriage of convenience that might just turn into something real. It's fangs, fur, and feelings in this steamy paranormal romance!

I hope Ali Hazelwood writes more paranormal romances because I LOVED THIS. As her first foray into the genre, it really showcases Ali's versatility as a writer.
The werewolf pack dynamics were surprisingly enjoyable, and it gave a fresh perspective on familiar elements. I was always on Team Edward but if this was how Jacob was in Twilight I might've switched sides!
Sure, the story wasn't perfectโI wasn't a fan of the third act breakup and the plot was all over the place towards the end. But honestly? This entire book was too much fun for me to really mind it.
Ali writes a solid addition to the paranormal romance genre. Bride was such a captivating read with it's gripping plot and intriguing characters, making it hard to put down.
