My Autobiography Charles Chaplin by Charlie Chaplin, Charlie Chaplin
4.0
This book was not what I was expecting it to be, but I found it easy to read regardless. Chaplin does not go into very much detail about his films. Which is disappointing because when he does briefly write about "behind the scenes" subjects from his movies it is really interesting. But enough criticism. Charlie Chaplin cared very much about his friend's ideas and philosophies and this is what he mostly writes about in this book. What I loved most while reading it was that it really gives you an idea of how life in the early 1900's really was, and gives a personality to one of the greatest men in the history of movies.
