Loved this one! 1) big OTH fan! 2) anything cult related I’m so intrigued! 3) I love memoirs so obviously was excited for this one!
Always going to recommend listening to a memoir when it is read by the author, it’s so much better!
A religious cult is so fascinating to me, especially because I am not religious in any way, mainly because I think a lot of the time it gives off cult vibes (sorry). But besides that, this was a very interesting story and also super sad to hear and read about because so many people who cared about her and knew her could see the signs and wanted to help but couldn’t and thankfully they didn’t give up on her and she finally saw the signs that this is bad. Again, loved it, 10/10 recommend!
