Emily Wilde's Map of the Otherlands by Heather Fawcett

5.0

This is such a fun series and the narration is wonderful. I really enjoy how much herself Emily remains throughout all the trials and tribulations of this book, but while still showing some growth and character development (I do wish some of that had been shown in the novel a little more, but it didn't bother me that it wasn't). I also enjoyed the side characters in this one, who contributed to Emily's growth as a person and a scholar. And her relationship with Wendell is a delight. Can't wait for the next installment.
