I definitely love Siena’s books! This is her first installment for the Indy Speed after Braxton left the Connecticut Comets to make a name for himself. The FMC is Bristol is Dakota’s best friend and was in a “relationship” with Nix from the comets. If you haven’t read her previous stories Nix is a notorious player hence the quotes around relationship. Dakota graduated college and got a position as a reporter for the Indy Speed giving her the fresh start she needed after Nix. The night before she starts she meets Braxton and Dakota at the local karaoke bar the team hangs out at. Needing to get loose after her friends leave she starts singing karaoke while drinking her whiskey. When a tall dark and handsome mans appears at her table singing along with her she decides a one night stand is exactly what she needs. Little does she know he is Maddox one of the Indy Speeds prior best players until his recent injury and he’s the Indy’s new head coach.
