Getting to the end of a Red Rising novel is like surviving the Passage. There have been many tears, moments of hope (to quote Ted Lasso: it’s the hope the kills you), a few laughs, and even a moment that made me scream and caused my entire household, dog included, to come running to see if I was okay. I have so much more I want to say, but I’m exhausted. I’m not ready for the final book. Take your time, Pierce. I know it will be bloodydamn brilliant when it comes.
