This is the second-best Twilight book I’ve read. I enjoyed most of it, and I allowed myself to do so because cringe culture is dead and will NOT be reborn as a vampire. But after reading for a full 8 hours I started to hate myself for voting for it for my book club. It’s so long. SO long. It has NO business being this long. The epilogue is an hour and a half in the 25-hour audiobook. The last book I read that was that long was 50 Shades, and I don’t appreciate being reminded of that experience.

That being said, I’m the only person I know whose favourite Twilight novel is Breaking Dawn, which I thoroughly enjoyed at age 13 or so, so take what I have to say about any Twilight book with a grain of salt.
