Butterflies

Gah, Easton is so darn beautiful. The mental health rep is outstanding, and my heart which was wrenched this way and that as Easton’s bravery, inner goodness, and his big heart shined through his struggles, has never felt fuller or more at peace after feeling him find his way. And feeling is the word, you won’t be able to read this without feeling everything, and then feeling it all some more. It is, in a word, amazing.

“You’re so good for me. You’re in my head all the time. I can’t stop thinking about you, wanting to be with you. I spent my whole life not realizing there was something always missing, but now I know it was you, sweetheart.”

Something else my heart is, is putty in Archer’s hands. If perfection could be perfected, that would be Archer and the patient, steady ways he shows Easton he is loved, worth fighting for, and will always be by his side. I loved the moments we saw with the brothers, how they’re slowly growing closer, and how Easton became his own butterfly.
