I'm so sorry for throwing in the towel so early. the whole concept of humans made for meat consumption sounds so interesting, but I was so bored the whole time reading about this strange new world through the mind of an unbothered character :(

[edit: okay the reviews make me feel bad. maybe i'll give this book another chance some time in the future]
