Her Sea Mates by Lark Sterling, Meg Ripley

This was...not very good. I felt the writing and worldbuilding was mediocre, and the plot developed a little bit too conveniently.

The authors included some head hopping between characters without clearly delineated POV switches, and one of our characters' names changed spelling a few times throughout.

The core of this book was good - and with some work it has potential! It badly needed at least a few more editing rounds before publication.
