Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism by Chögyam Trungpa

I have mainly got this book to be able to inform myself and being able to point out how misinformed the western witches are about ego. This is a good book when it comes to understanding the practice about ego and spiritual materialism, it is detailed as well on the practice. Favorite thing so far is that the goal is simply to achieve a mentality of things just are. This book is the most beneficial for Buddhist, for those that aren’t in Buddhism I think it’s good to read especially with the misconceptions and appropriation that mainstream spirituality has taken from Buddhism. In every chapter there’s a set of questions, I understand having questions about what the chapter is teaching but I personally think the chapters are straightforward and easy to understand so the questions just felt repetitive.
