Mr. Wrong Number by Lynn Painter
I wasn’t totally convinced by the premise, since big brother’s best friend is kind of a sexist trope, but Lynn Painter knows what she’s doing. I liked how the hot-mess thing was reevaluated, and even if everything was a bit predictable, the chemistry and the banter were top quality. By the end of the novel I loved Colin and Olivia so much I wasn’t sure I would want to read the next one, if it meant parting ways with them. (Alas I am but a goblin and already hopped on to The Love Wager.)
