This concluding novel to the series did its justice on growing Willa into a new and improved young adult. However, it did not felt like the novel concluded all of the other characters. Indeed that this book is about Willa and not the rest of the Bramble community yet Willa invested most of her life into this town and its people, who also helped Willa in return when she needed the help. This book would be five stars if the other supporting characters were in a good spot in their lives and not just Willa. Maybe Coleen was approaching a more realistic ending that shows that not every one is going to have a happy ending and not everything is going to run and end smoothly. Even though the conclusion was not the best, I still enjoyed being a child again and reading a series that impacted my childhood greatly.
