They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera

5.0

Not the book to read when your mascara isn't waterproof 😩😥

I'm an Indigo Employee, and I received an advanced reading copy of this book, in exchange for my honest feedback.

Honestly, this is now one of my favourite books. Sweet, tender, vulnerable, and just so well written, I devoured this book so quickly. I loved that this book was a contemporary teen romance, and also somehow a coming of age story that takes place over both the protagonists last day on earth. I loved the small chapters in between, that featured minor characters – and I loved how everything tied together. Despite being a contemporary teen romance, this book also had really cool sci fi elements – but they weren’t the focus of it. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t love about this book, and I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a good read (or a good cry)!
