A recommendation from a dear friend, this was a delight to read. I love the weaving together of all the marine life, and the stories and details about those animals, into that of the queer-experience. I smiled and sighed so many times reading this book, seeing myself & my experience in some parts and then very gracefully, and openly listening to the experience the author was describing about her own unique process of all of these experiences.
