I've already read this series, but it's one that I have no issue with reading again. I've been a fan of Loki when I first came across his lore, and even more so with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but this series follows closer to the Norse mythology. I loved the modern day take on the "gods" and the more personal feel to who Loki really is in a fiction way. There is some romance in the books, but it's not overbearing and distracting. A lot of the lore and myths that's mentioned throughout the series matches up surprisingly well with the actual myths, but there are some creative liberties that lend to the story and the lore surrounding the Norse mythology.
