As I was saying, this was a light, fun read up until that cliff at the end. Don't think I want to read more, there are other urban fantasy series out there I haven't tried yet, as well as long-running series I haven't made it anywhere near current on.

she spells vampire secrets to the G-men who would ALSO like to see vampires wiped out, when she just met them yesterday. There's dumb, and then there's Cat. This is supposed to set up her off and on working with them to kill bad vampires in the future, but you don't think they aren't going to go nab some vampires for evil government experiments next weekend? You think they won't just stake her and her boyfriend as soon as they stop being useful? Dumb, dumb, dumb.As I was saying, this was a light, fun read up until that cliff at the end.
