The age of man is over and a Congress of animals now controls the world, and they've met to decide whether or not we have to eradicate humans from the planet entirely. With horses kind of in charge, I mean, I think they're going to vote yes... however, this is a uniquely interesting short story about what it would look like if tables were turned.
