Thorne is my favorite male lead in Spindle Cove so far. I really liked his backstory with Kate as well. The ending of the book was a bit too dramatic for me in places, but I didn't mind it too much. I wasn't okay with how undisturbed Kate was about marrying her cousin though. And also, the way the Gramercy's were portraid as mysterious and potentially dark, they really disappointed me in the end. I wanted them to live up to that.
