DNF @51% — So, I started this one and it immediately came across really dry for me. I just wasn’t captured by the voice of John at all. Basically I was underwhelmed. I also wasn’t super hot about the whole other woman thing at the beginning, but I kept pushing on. There were some interesting moments here and there, but I got to this point and I asked myself why I was still reading. I mean sure, it’s not an awful book. It might even have been a 3 star. But I was bored, and I decided I had too many other books to read to keep investing in this one. *shrugs* (Also, while I like these new covers, I really loved the previous ones…that guys eyes were hot)
