I loved the story and the writing, as always, but I was not quite sold on the romance in this one. The story definitely picked up towards the end, that's when it got really exciting! But, throughout the entire book I was just not shipping the two love interests?? Idk I felt like there was no reason for Shane to be into Marguerite at all, apart from her physical appearance, and vice versa. The relationship was cute and all, but I didn't see any reason for it to become a relationship in the first place lol. Anyways, I am SO excited for the next one omg. I hope it is published ASAP!
