This was a mess, but like not in a good way. This story had so much potential but the author wanted to add too many B plots and characters that made this whole plot so convoluted. There’s a point when a story has too much going on. Why is someone’s dead mom sister coming into the story and having an integral part out of nowhere? Why are we pulling characters from someone’s dead father side chick? Like put the pen DOWN. I was getting information thrown out me from left and right and it was literally jarring. I was still tuned in don’t get me wrong but then the last chapter which I’m pretty sure was supposed to really gag me just affirmed my opinion that this book was ridiculous.
