I didn’t enjoy this one as much as I’d hoped. Darrow’s character regresses just so his arc can be stretched over two more books, he’s suddenly quite stupid and makes lots of mistakes that catch up to him in the end. The story is so plot focused that I feel as though I don’t get to know the characters and the universe as much as I would like to.
