My soul was on fire, and I didn't care if I burned for all eternity. So long as I was burning with him, then so be it.

Quicksilver is a mash-up of everything I adore in fantasy romance. The banter and sexual tension was top-notch. That ENDING had my jaw drop.

I highly recommend the audiobook (I did a tandem read with the ebook and audiobook) the narrators did such a splendid job and gave life to the characters. I was LIVING FOR THAT BICKERING!

The author fleshes out the lore and magic system in a way that wasn't overwhelming to me, so I appreciate that.

If you're looking for a fun fantasy adventure with a sizzling romance (man the spice was spicin') and found family, then this is definitely a must-read.

I will say bear with some of the lore dump as it's necessary to set the foundation for the rest of the series (will it be a series? Trilogy? Or duology? Haven't checked yet).

The ending has me very hyped for the next book!
