Junes and Micks love story is so sad and tragic. I really hated Mick. Nina is lovely character as well and I especially felt emotional for her and June. All of the Riva children are struggling with something in the current timeline and that is interesting to read about.
The book has two timelines. I enjoyed the past backstory timeline way more than the current party timeline. I also didn't care for the point of views of the celebs at the party. I think that was unnessecary and took time away from the main characters to be more developed. Overall, I did enjoy the book.
