This was such a fun YA fantasy! I loved seeing on-page consent several times throughout this novel, not only in sexually charged scenes. The character arcs had me rooting for literally everyone - especially characters I initially thought I would hate forever. Highly recommend this story for anyone who loves horror, paranormal, magic, books featuring BIPOC main characters, and/or found family.
