While this book is a page-turner it isn’t a stunner. Hilderbrand’s characters are little more than tropes, and while they are interesting, they lack depth. I wasn’t overwhelmed by the numerous points of view and subplots. However, the ending was a bit lackluster. Everything was wrapped up almost too neatly. Overall a very entertaining book, though not extremely compelling.
