The Devourers by Indra Das

5.0

TW: Rape does happen in first quarter, but it lasts only a page or two. The aftermath is more explicitly detailed, not the deed.

This is proof Goodreads lie. This is not any where close to being 3.

To the reviewer who was upset about the pee thing: Go to other countries and take in sights and smells. Some guys are pricks and will pee on the streets so sometimes you do smell that. As regards for the past, you have to remember that the werewolves are literally not human and are animals so what is gross to us, is not gross to them.

I will do a full review at a later date, but just know, the world missed out by not reading this book. It was beautifully done and not enough words can describe why this book might snipe book of the year for me.

5/5, go read this book already

12/28: This book has won the Golden Stick Award for Best Book of 2023 on Reddit. Just a heads up
