Amber The Orange Fairy by Daisy Meadows

5.0

Having already read and loved "Ruby the Red Fairy", my mother bought this book for me when I was around six years old, and once again, I was hooked. My memories of this series mainly consist of my mother taking me into town to the nearest Waterstones every week to buy the next book in the series, and her reading the books to me every night before bed. We both loved fairies, and so it was the perfect mother-daughter bonding time. My memories of those times are the ones I'm most fond of. I recall that as time went by, my friends and I were swapping books and borrowing the books from one another during break time at school. I never missed a book in the first ten series, because I always had a friend whom I could borrow a certain book from. Those days were magical.
