No in Between by Lisa Renee Jones
5.0
Finally...? Well, I was pleased after so many novellas to have some actual forward motion on this story. Was it worth the wait? Yeah because Chris and Sara are hast and steamy. Sara seems to have grown up and is a bit more tolerable in this book. Chris seems to be putting his past behind him as best he can and their love is strong as ever. Whew!
Now that we have those to high drama magnets sorted...what's up with the murder, missing people and intrigue?? Plenty of that this go around. There is enough actually paced quite well that this book keeps you interested and I never once truly figured out the ending.
I'm glad at least one phase of this infinite series seems to have closure. The rest are the branches and different characters, namely Mark, are still to come though.
