An adult twist in Beauty and the Beast. In a world of humans and monsters, sometimes it's hard to know who is who. While on a job, thief Kierse, breaks into the home of a monster and makes a deal that changes both their lives.
I loved the parallels between the Beauty and the Beast story. There is bisexual and gay representation in this story. Trauma, found family, love, violence, and magical drugs. Kierse's background and her character development kept me reading.
