Wow, where to even begin. Leigh Bardugo wrote a magical piece of work. After completing each story I would declare it my favorite. I'd determine which lines and characters I admired and revel in the tale. But then I would read the next tale and it would start all over again. I don't even think I would be able to recommend just one story to someone. So instead, I recommend this *entire* book. Start to finish. Soak in each line and look for hints and clues. Peel the wisdom from the words and admire the imagery the create.
