This is such an intriguing take on wolf shifter romance. Slow burn, enemies to lovers, forced proximity, the setting, a stalker who turns out to be a vamp, the mystery of it all; I loved it. I couldn’t wait for them to put it all together. I liked that it wasn’t a fated mates romance and instead was a choosing to become mates; love first then mates. Don’t get me wrong, I like fated mates too, but it was nice to read something wholly different.

This was my first book of Heather’s and I can’t wait to read more. Her writing style is so unique that I think I could pick it out of a book line up without covers.
