I found this on TikTok when the author was sharing book quotes. I gobbled it up in one sitting. I thought it enjoyable, well-balanced between a plot that fit the space and the "spice" scenes, and stakes I could immediately buy into." The characters don't get a ton of development, but they were bright enough in their archetypes that I found them enjoyable as individuals and as a couple.

A solid KU find!
