Okay, this book disappointed me in the fact that I wished there was more to the characters and the plot. It just felt rushed to me and the important parts and themes were minor honestly. The slight plot twist towards the end of the book was nice and the ending made me like this book more, but it just didn't stand out to me. The horror and paranormal part of the book felt meh, and I mean, I understand because it is MG, but I just felt there could have been some more to the book in those aspects. Overall, it was a decent book with a happy ending, but that's all it was.
