This was such a sweet story. I loved the slow-burn romance, the chemistry between the characters was great, and seeing them be so vulnerable and honest with each other throughout the story made this feel like a mature and heartfelt story. Both characters were likable and their relationship with his niece (whom he was raising) was complex but also so touching. I enjoyed the small-town vibes and all the farm animals. This handled grief with a lot of care and did a good job addressing it.

My one issue is that I think the pace was a bit off, very slow at some points but very rushed at the end.
