I wanted to like this book but I have alot of mixed feelings. It started SUPER slow for me. It didn't start getting interesting till about page 150. Then the subject matter was so dark that it made it difficult to read. especially as a new mother. then I felt like the ending was rushed and unsatisfying. It is very well written and a powerful story though which made it hard to rate. I will say I did like the first book a bit more though.
