I was definitely not prepared for the intense truth. All I was told when I got it, was that it's a good book. It is very well written and an amazing story. However, it is quite heavy. It really makes you aware of what many people go through and that this is a fictional story based on so many stories.

Another thing that hit me hard was the system for people like Lisbeth Salander. The way those children (and adults) are treated makes me sick. As a regular citizen, you never really hear about how people like that are being treated.
I'll definitely read the next books :) I definitely recommend it, just be prepared.
