I enjoyed this book heaps more than I thought I would.

I enjoyed the historical fiction parts, despite that not being a genre I usually enjoy and I loved how the painting linked up to the present... the swapping between the two time frames was also done with a great balance. I loved seeing into the last via the various letters and journals also.

It was a fast paced mystery and multiple love tale, which was tied up perfectly.
