This is a well-written and concise book on mutual aid. It would be great for someone that has never dealt with it before to learn more about it, but it would also serve as a good reminder for people that have worked in this field already. I like too that it has implications outside of the mutual aid realm. For example, it talks about communication, truly working with other people, the real reasons behind burnout, and signs of a toxic environment.
