I enjoyed this much more than I did The Night Circus. I found it fun to track the characters through the stories and name changes and connect the dots.

The vibe I got: Alice in Wonderland (yes, yes, I know everyone's saying that...) meets Neverwhere meets The Ten Thousand Doors of January.
