Well, what else can you do but give a book 5 stars when you cry not only during the book itself but also the acknowledgments? With this book, Klune is much more explicit with his expression of how things can and should be, especially for the LGBTQ+ community. I can’t help but appreciate the message that hate can be loud, but love is what wins out in the end. This book gave me all the feels; as already stated, I cried multiple times, but I laughed even more. The dynamics and relationships between the family members in this book were beautiful.
