Nina LaCour never disappoints me and Watch Over Me is no exception to that fact.
Heartbreaking and heartwarming in the same penwomanship, Watch Over Me is a perfect blend of magical and contemporary, with lot of tender feelings and characters in need of love and belonging.
I just loved it.
It's a short story, perfect read for October (because *ghosts*) but really to read all year around.
Creating such strong stories so simply is Nina LaCour's gift and I'm grateful to be the recipient of it.
Also, I cried.
